Sodium Lauryl Ether Sulphate (SLES) 70%
Anionic surfactant paste at 70% active content, the primary foaming and cleaning base for detergent, shampoo and dishwash manufacture.
SLES 70% is the single most widely traded surfactant in the detergent industry, and for most blenders it is the largest single raw-material line by value. It arrives as a viscous white to pale-yellow paste and is diluted down in the formulation.
The two commercial questions are active content and 1,4-dioxane level. We quote both, and supply a batch certificate of analysis rather than a generic specification sheet, because dioxane limits are regulated in several destination markets.
Handling matters: the paste is viscous at ambient and gels further when cold. Buyers in cooler climates should plan for warm-room storage or drum heating, and we note this on the technical data sheet.
