Do I need an account to request a quotation?
No. Send your requirement through the RFQ form or by email. There is no registration, no cart and no checkout on this site.
Why are prices not shown on the product pages?
Bulk pricing depends on quantity, packaging, Incoterm, destination port and the market at the time of enquiry. A published figure would be misleading, so we quote on request.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Generally one 20ft container. Exact MOQ is stated on each product page because it varies with packing and product density.
Which Incoterms do you quote?
EXW, FOB, CFR and CIF as standard. DAP and DDP on selected routes where we hold a confirmed clearing arrangement.
Are you the manufacturer?
We are a supplier, trading company and sourcing partner. Unless a product page states otherwise, we source from producers and processing facilities rather than manufacture.
How long is a quotation valid?
It depends on the product. Commodity lines such as sugar or grain may carry three to seven days; manufactured goods commonly fourteen days. The validity is stated on every offer.
Can you supply against a government tender?
Yes. Send the technical annex with your enquiry and we will confirm in writing which clauses we can meet before you build your bid around our numbers.
How quickly will you respond to an RFQ?
Within 24 business hours for an acknowledgement. A priced offer follows once availability and freight have been confirmed.
Can you arrange inspection before shipment?
Yes, at your nomination. SGS, Bureau Veritas and Intertek are commonly used and the report forms part of the shipping documents.
Do you supply samples?
For some lines, at cost. Say so in your enquiry and we will confirm whether a sample is available and what it involves.
