Shipping, Loading and Freight Coordination
Dense cargo hits weight limits long before it fills a container; light cargo does the opposite. Getting the loading plan right is what keeps landed cost predictable.
Container types and typical capacity
Port loading and stuffing
Cargo is consolidated at origin, stuffed under supervision and sealed with a numbered seal that appears on the packing list and bill of lading. Where a buyer nominates a pre-shipment inspection, the inspector attends loading rather than reviewing paperwork afterwards.
Hygroscopic cargo travels in lined containers, and moisture-sensitive goods carry desiccant where the routing and season justify it. For fine mineral cargo we load within the certified transportable moisture limit, which is a vessel safety requirement rather than a preference.
Freight coordination
We book ocean freight through nominated forwarders and carriers and arrange inland haulage and rail to the load port. For destinations reached by corridor, inland transit from the discharge port often dominates both cost and time, so we discuss it explicitly rather than quoting the sea leg alone.
We are not a shipping line, a freight forwarder of record or a licensed customs broker in your country. We coordinate with your clearing agent and provide the documents they need; clearance itself is performed at destination.
Customs and shipping documentation
Export declaration is lodged at origin and the document set — commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin and the product-specific certificates — is released according to the payment terms agreed in the contract.
