Kraft Liner Board 125–200 GSM
Virgin and test kraft liner board in reels for corrugated box manufacture, supplied to converters at container scale.
Liner board is the outer facing of a corrugated box, so it carries the printing and most of the burst resistance. Converters buy it in reels sized to their corrugator's deckle.
The key specifications are grammage, burst strength and ring crush. Virgin kraft performs better and costs more; test liner with recycled content is the economical choice where the box specification permits it.
Reel width and core diameter must match the corrugator, so we confirm both before production. A reel that does not fit the machine is worthless regardless of quality.
